Lise de Almeida is a lawyer with extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, having represented parties from diverse economic sectors in commercial, civil and administrative cases for over thirty years now. She holds both a law degree (J.D.) and a doctoral degree (S.J.D.) from the University of São Paulo Law School, and a master’s degree (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School.

Sofia Vale is a professor at the Faculty of Law at Agostinho Neto University, focusing her research on business law and arbitration. She is a member of the ICSID panel of arbitrators, the ICC Arbitration and ADR Commission, and a member of the Board of Directors of the CAC.
