Atualmente é Juiz de Direito do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo (TJSP), tendo sido aprovado em 1º lugar na prova oral do concurso. É ainda Juiz da 382ª Zona Eleitoral do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de São Paulo (TRE-SP) e integrante da 2ª Turma do Colégio Recursal da Fazenda Pública de Santo André. Foi orador titular da equipe da PUC-SP no 17º Willem C. Vis Moot (Viena, Áustria – 2010) e coach das equipes da PUC-SP no 19º Willem C. Vis Moot (Viena, Áustria – 2012) e no 10º Willem C. Vis Moot East (Hong Kong – 2013). Bolsista da PUC-SP, por mérito acadêmico, na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Durham (Reino Unido – 2010). Aprovado também no 56º Concurso de Ingresso na Magistratura do Estado de Goiás (TJGO – 2016).

André has been working on energy matters for more than 22 years and is recognized as a reference in this field by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Leaders League and others.

He has been working in arbitration proceedings since 2004 and has been nominated as coarbitrator
and president in relevant disputes. He is a listed arbitrator at the main Brazilian arbitral chambers and coordinates the Study Group on Arbitration and Energy at the Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem.

André has published several articles on energy arbitration and is a regular speaker at conferences regarding the matter.

Bruno Wontroba has been a CIArb member (Associate) since 2022. He works as lawyer at Justen, Pereira, Oliveira & Talamini, based on Curitiba, São Paulo and Brasília. He joined the firm as a student intern in 2013, becoming a lawyer in 2016. His main area of academic expertise is civil procedural law. Bruno Wontroba is graduated in law from the Federal University of Paraná (2015) and holds a master degree in Civil Procedure Law from the same institution (2019), writing a thesis on procedural contracts. Also, he has been a member of the Brazil Infrastructure Institute since 2016.

Bruno Gressler Wontroba joined Justen, Pereira, Oliveira & Talamini in 2013, as an intern, and has been a lawyer since 2016.

He graduated from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) in 2015.

He has been studying for a master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), since 2017.

He has been a member of the Brazil Infrastructure Institute since 2016.

Celso has a broad international commercial practice with recognized expertise in reinsurance, cyber insurance, cybersecurity, data breach, cryptocurrency, fraud, asset-tracing, and business interruption insurance law as well as regulatory investigations, comprising both advisory and contentious work. Having worked for over 23 years as an international litigation solicitor and partner in several international UK and US law firms based in the City of London, Celso has extensive expertise in complex multi-jurisdictional arbitrations and court proceedings worldwide.

Celso is a founding committee member of the Cyber Insurance Association and past President of the London Business Interruption Association. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and a former visiting lecturer at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee (CEPMLP). Celso also accepts appointments to act as an arbitrator.

Christine Santini is a mediator, arbitrator and legal consultant, with a vast experience in civil and public law as a judge, both in 1st and 2nd instances, at São Paulo Court of Justice (1987/2021). She is a JD from University of São Paulo and holds an Executive MBA in Law (Management and Business Law) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, DRBF-Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and IBDiC-Brazilian Institute of Construction Law.

Cristina M. Wagner Mastrobuono is an arbitrator and legal consultant with a large experience in the public sector. She is a JD from Universidade de São Paulo and holds an LLM degree from the University of Chicago. Former Vice Chair of the Legal Department of the State of São Paulo,  she has occupied various high-profile positions across practice areas including Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships, Concessions, Arbitration, Corporate, and Finance & Tax. Founding partner of Cristina Mastrobuono Advogados, she acts as arbitrator in proceedings related to the infrastructure sector and coordinates the Infrawomen Brazil Mediation and Arbitration Committee.

Daniel B. Ferreira is the CEO of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration – CBMA. He is also a professor of at AMBRA University (USA), Senior Researcher at South Ural State University, and research fellow at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Author and co-author of several papers in ADR, published in high-ranked journals, including Scopus and Web of Science, monographs, and textbooks. Daniel is also Editor-In-Chief of the scopus indexed Brazilian Journal for Alternative Dispute Resolution (RBADR) and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Law in Changing World (IJLCW). Daniel is a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), qualified mediator at the International Mediation Institute (IMI), and Young Regional Chair for Brazil at the Institute for the Transnational Arbitration (ITA)

Eduardo Grebler é graduado em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, LL.M. pela Columbia University School of Law. Sócio de Grebler Advogados em Belo Horizonte e São Paulo. Atua como árbitro e advogado, tendo participado em mais de uma centena de procedimentos arbitrais domésticos e internacionais, em disputas envolvendo direito societário, compra e venda internacional de mercadorias e serviços, contratos de construção e infraestrutura e arbitragem de investimento, dentre outros. Fellow do Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, membro da lista de árbitros de diversas instituições arbitrais brasileiras e estrangeiras. Designado pelo Governo do Brasil como árbitro do Protocolo de Olivos do Mercosul e como membro da Corte Permanente de Arbitragem da Haia. Professor de Direito Internacional Privado na PUC/MG.
