Graduated in Law from UFRJ (Brazil), expert in Construction Law and listed as an arbitrator, mediator, and dispute board member in numerous institutions. Holds a PhD at UFF (Brazil), a Master’s degree in International Private Law and International Commerce from the University of Paris 1 (Sorbonne), in Global Business Law at Sciences Po Paris, and a Master in Business Economics from UFRJ.
