The Vis Moot is the biggest commercial arbitration competition in the world, which occurs annually in Viena (Vis Moot) and in Hong Kong (Vis East Moot).
This year’s case concerns a dispute in the automotive industry about the payment of sensors delivered by Claimant, SensorX plc, to Respondent, Visionic Ltd. The delivery occurred on the basis of two individual purchase orders made under a general Framework Agreement existing between the Parties.
The Ciarb’s Brazil wishes to discuss the controversial and help students and arbitrators to understand the problem and think on possible solutions. Check out the video of substantive issues.
