Napoleão Casado Filho, current Vice-President of CIArb Brazil Branch, is a member of the Approved Faculty List of the London Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Professor of Arbitration and International Commercial Law at the Post-graduation of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and university Center of Joao Pessoa (UNIPE).
He has a Master and PhD degrees in International Economic Relations Law at PUC/SP and Post-doctorate at Université Paris II – Pantheon-Sorbonne – Société de Législation Comparée. Experienced arbitrator in proceedings under various institutional rules, he is the Managing Partner at Clasen, Caribé & Casado Filho Sociedade de Advogados, and is a skilled Counsel in international and national arbitration proceedings and in litigation on national courts.
