Joaquim de Paiva Muniz joined Trenchi Rossi Watanabe in 1999 and became a partner in 2006. He leads the group of extrajudicial conflict resolution methods, focusing on Arbitration and Mediation. In addition, he has a consultative role, with extensive experience in M&A, infrastructure contracts, mining and oil and natural gas regulation.
