Fabio Núñez del Prado is a tri-qualified lawyer admitted in Peru, New York, and England and Wales, with a law degree summa cum laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and an LL.M. from Yale Law School. He specializes in commercial and investment arbitration, civil law, and international commercial law, having participated in more than 50 arbitrations under major international institutions. He is Co-Chair of CEA-40 and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). A professor and published author, he has received recognition from Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for his work in international arbitration.
