Founding partner of the firm. Qualified as a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law (LLM) from King’s College London. Arbitrator at the arbitration centres of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, AmCham-Peru and the Belgian and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Peru. International expert in ICSID arbitration. Member of the Spanish Arbitration Club and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb). He specialises in the areas of arbitration, contracts, civil law, company law and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in structuring and designing particularly complex contractual transactions, as well as in devising and managing legal strategies in commercial and corporate disputes. He is the author of various articles in specialist journals in Peru and abroad. Has also previously lectured at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences.
