🔹 Chair — Bernard Potsch, FCIArb
Master’s and Doctorate degrees from UERJ. He has 15 years of experience in complex arbitration cases. He previously served as Deputy Director of Education at the Ciarb Brazil Branch (2024–2026) and is a Fellow of the Institute.
🔹 Vice-Chair — Lucas V. R. da Costa Mendes, FCIArb
Fellow and Director of Education at the Ciarb Brazil Branch (2024–2026). Lawyer with a Master’s degree from London and over 10 years of experience in complex disputes, particularly arbitration. Acts as an arbitrator, author, and is recognized for his negotiation skills and expertise in evidence presentation.
