O Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) disponibilizou no YouTube a gravação da Alexander Lecture 2025, realizada em 4 de dezembro, no Central Hall Westminster, em Londres.
Com o tema “Arbitrating in an Age of Legal Fracture: Guarding the Realm and System Recalibration”, a lecture promoveu uma reflexão sobre os desafios atuais da arbitragem em um cenário de crescente fragmentação jurídica.
O evento também marcou a cerimônia de transmissão da Medalha Presidencial do CIArb, do Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab C.Arb, FCIArb, para Cesar Pereira C.Arb, FCIArb, primeiro Presidente latino-americano da instituição, que assumirá formalmente a Presidência em janeiro de 2026.

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) has released the Alexander Lecture 2025 recording on YouTube. The lecture took place on 4 December at Central Hall Westminster, London.
This year’s edition explored the theme “Arbitrating in an Age of Legal Fracture: Guarding the Realm and System Recalibration”, addressing key challenges facing arbitration in an increasingly fragmented legal landscape.
The event also featured the Presidential Medal Handover Ceremony, during which Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab C.Arb, FCIArb, transferred the medal to Cesar Pereira C.Arb, FCIArb, the Institute’s first Latin American President, who will formally assume office in January 2026.
