Lawyer graduated from Universidad San Martín de Porres, arbitrator and partner at Montezuma Abogados. He acts as an arbitrator in ad hoc proceedings and before various arbitration centres in Peru, including the Lima Chamber of Commerce, AMCHAM, OSCE, CAPECO, the College of Engineers of Peru and the Lima Bar Association. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London and a candidate for FellowCIArb. He is also included on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the American International Commercial Arbitration Court (AICAC). He is a lecturer in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and coaches university teams participating in international arbitration competitions.

Alessandro is a lawyer and arbitrator specialising in national and international arbitration, with experience in commercial and public procurement disputes. He holds a Master’s degree in Procedural Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and postgraduate studies in International Arbitration and Investments. He also acts as an arbitrator before major arbitration centres in Peru and is a lecturer in Procedural Law at PUCP.

Experience in major infrastructure projects and 200+ domestic and international construction arbitrations.

Formado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). Atualmente é Juiz de Direito do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo (TJSP), tendo sido aprovado em 1º lugar na prova oral do concurso. É ainda Juiz da 382ª Zona Eleitoral do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de São Paulo (TRE-SP) e integrante da 2ª Turma do Colégio Recursal da Fazenda Pública de Santo André. Foi orador titular da equipe da PUC-SP no 17º Willem C. Vis Moot (Viena, Áustria – 2010) e coach das equipes da PUC-SP no 19º Willem C. Vis Moot (Viena, Áustria – 2012) e no 10º Willem C. Vis Moot East (Hong Kong – 2013). Bolsista da PUC-SP, por mérito acadêmico, na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Durham (Reino Unido – 2010). Aprovado também no 56º Concurso de Ingresso na Magistratura do Estado de Goiás (TJGO – 2016).

Lawyer with an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute, with experience in strategic legal support, contract management and corporate governance. Currently Deputy Secretary-General of CAM AMCHAM, coordinating legal and finance teams, supporting senior leadership, risk management and operational efficiency. Experience in arbitration and mediation administration, contract negotiation and risk allocation, dispute consulting and Dispute Systems Design. Also develops conflict prevention and leadership training initiatives.
