André has been working on energy matters for more than 22 years and is recognized as a reference in this field by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Leaders League and others.

He has been working in arbitration proceedings since 2004 and has been nominated as coarbitrator
and president in relevant disputes. He is a listed arbitrator at the main Brazilian arbitral chambers and coordinates the Study Group on Arbitration and Energy at the Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem.

Celso has a broad international commercial practice with recognized expertise in reinsurance, cyber insurance, cybersecurity, data breach, cryptocurrency, fraud, asset-tracing, and business interruption insurance law as well as regulatory investigations, comprising both advisory and contentious work. Having worked for over 23 years as an international litigation solicitor and partner in several international UK and US law firms based in the City of London, Celso has extensive expertise in complex multi-jurisdictional arbitrations and court proceedings worldwide.

Celso is a founding committee member of the Cyber Insurance Association and past President of the London Business Interruption Association. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and a former visiting lecturer at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee (CEPMLP). Celso also accepts appointments to act as an arbitrator.
