Andrea Maria Rowlands de la Borda is a lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, specializing in administrative law, arbitration, and public procurement. She was a Teaching Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2006 to 2015, teaching courses on Insolvency Law and Arbitration and supporting Legal Research Methodology, with a focus on arbitration and insolvency law. From 2012 to 2015, she was also a Teaching Assistant at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, where she taught National and International Arbitration and Conciliation. She currently works as an independent arbitrator.
