Cesar Pereira is Chair of the CIArb Brazil Branch for the 2020-2022 term. He became a Fellow in 2013, after the first ARF held in Brazil, and he is proud to be part of the group that led the process to create a branch in Brazil and reinforce CIArb’s presence in South America. He is a partner at Justen, Pereira, Oliveira & Talamini, which he joined in 1990 as a student intern. He is based in São Paulo and responsible for the firm’s infrastructure and arbitration practices. A UK-qualified and US-based lawyer, Juliya Arbisman has a broad international law practice with a focus on complex jurisdictions (Africa, Middle East and CIS), complex industries (mining and energy), and complex claims (parallel criminal-civil proceedings).
